Where required (e.g., under the GDPR), we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), based on our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and/or with your consent where requested.
Games are generated using AI models provided by Anthropic. When you build or revise a game, your prompt and relevant game content are transmitted to Anthropic to produce the output and return it to you. We do not use this to build advertising profiles about you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (see Section 8), subject to records we must keep (for example, transaction records for accounting and tax purposes).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@arcadesandbox.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also delete published games from your account at any time, and you can stop using the Service whenever you like.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including sandboxing user-generated games and handling payment card data through Stripe rather than storing it ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
